Please i need immediate help, difference between working sales and sales support?

applying for guitar center, those are the openings whats the diff?

A full sales position means you are the direct link between the product and the customer. This means you know everything there is to know about the product and can direct the customer to make the best purchase. A sales support position is just what it says, support. You do the grunt work for the sales people and will get no recognition for it until you are ready to move into a sales position. Shoot for the sales position unless you like people telling you what to do all the time and taking credit for your work. Wait, I'm not bitter... am I? Good luck.

sales support means you are stocking the shelves. moving stuff around putting up displays, putting up sale signs.

sales means you are selling the merchandise.
