Please i think i am having my baby!!!?

i am having period from h**l cramps in my lower abdomin does this mean i am going into labor?

If you are far enough along (past 35 weeks or so) then you could be. If you are anywhere from 1 week-34 weeks you should call your OB/GYN because something could be wrong.

It sounds like that maybe contractions, you should def time them. Follow what your doc told you about when you should go to the hospital. I was told five mins apart, but they forgot to mention they should be painful LOL. So when I got there they sent me home cause I was only 2cms dilated and told me not to come back till the pain was so bad I could barely speak (nice). Give your doc a call to make sure but make sure you can give them some info on how often the cramps are happening. If anything they maybe able to bring you in and give you a quick check to make sure! You should time how often they are coming and how long they last.  This will give you a better indication about it!!

if you are are close to your due date then possibly yeah! start timing them, if they increase in length and intensity get to the hospital ..good luck!

Start timing them from the time they begin. When it gets to be 5 mins apart - go to the hospital. The more you walk and move, the faster it will get going. Good Luck Honey!!

Time your contractions. If you are having more than four an hour. Then go straight to the hospital.

You certainly could be in labor.  How far along are you?  If you are full term I would say there is a good likelihood and just wait a bit, see if they continue to occur and a pattern develops in their frequency.  Feel free to call your doc with questions.  If you are early in your pregnancy, I would call your OB/GYN right away just to be safe.
