You don't say whether you are a high school or college student.

If you are a high school student, you need to check within your country and see what programs are available. Some will offer scholarships.

If you are a college student, you need to see which university or college you would like to attend and see if they offer any scholarship opportunities for foreign students.

In general, you would be required to pay for at least part of your education, including the transportation costs and probably the living costs as well. No one will provide this for you! (And why should they?)
