i will like if you can give me clear information on how to show or satisfy the entry officer that:

1. you are bonafide student, when applying for study permit

2. you will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay in Canada.

Is admission letter not enough to show that one is a bonafide

student? and family ties with present job, are they too not enough or i need to provide more? Like what?

  1. It is very likely that you have not shown them that you can pay for the studying in Canada - they may think that you are not really coming to Canada to study.  Check with the Canadian High Commission or embassy in your country and ask them.  They may be able to explain the reasons you have been given, and may be able to suggest what you need to do.   Examine carefully all the information at this site and it may help you figure out why you were denied.  Best of luck with your plans.

  2. It doesnt matter what you are studying as you wont be staying in Canada so it doesnt have to be on the shortage list.

Can you have someone at your previous school assist you with writing a letter?

Immigration Canada must have explained their reasons for refusing you the Visa - it would help if you had included those in your question

  3. You have to not only provide an acceptance letter (which you did), but also show proof that you have enough money to pay for your education (all of it, for each year of study), plus living expenses in Canada. If you dont have enough money, or a source of income in your home country, your permit will be denied.

They wont deny a permit because the position is not relevant in Canada. There is no reason for them to do that, since you wont be staying in Canada to work when you're done studying. You're expected to leave the country when your studies are finished (unless you apply for, and are granted a work permit after graduation).

Also, your study permit depends on YOUR past history. If you have a criminal background/sketchy security information, then the government has the right to deny your application.

  4. It could be that the field you wish to study in currently is NOT needed  for work positions in Canada. many are refused because the study and the job associated with the study are not relavent to Canada's work force. Are you a college student ? Did you have a letter from parents to the entry officer or are you an adult ?
