Please i would like to know how 2 unlock wep key..?

ok so i have a computer rogers dial up and i have a ds i want 2 connect it 2 my ds and play how do i unlock it..ok my connection is a red lock that says Bell436 please help!

On the internet's properties, left click and/or right click on the connection status and unlock it. Then it will tell you your WEP Key.
