Please i would like to know the schools in US and UK that offer full postgrad schollarship for Int students .?

I am currently a four year degree graduate from one of the universities in africa. i have the ambition of pursuing my postgraduate degree in either US or UK. I would like you help me find universities that offer postgradaute schollarships to`international students.

It depends on the subject and the university.  It is always done on a needs basis and how much the university wants to have the particular student attend.
