Kaula Lampur is in Malaysia and booking hotels should be done the same way as any hotels in any countries, by calling them, or by the internet.

I was in KL so long ago that the hotel I used is probably demolished! When you Google Hotels in KL you get several hits. Like this:

When you need a hotel recommendation mention how much per night you want to pay.  In general find a hotel and check their prices out on the website or email them if it is not posted.  Sometimes you can get a hotel through a travel agent if you are uncertain or you can just show up and see if they have a room.  Best to have some addresses to choose from.
