Guggenheim.

Other than that, it's a port city, and I'm sure, while nothing comes to mind (I've never been there), you will find things to do there.

Bilbao (Bilbo in euskera), is a small and charming city in the Basque country. The tinghs u cannot missed is the visit to Gugenheim, eat on the Casco Viejo, the basque cuisine is considered one of the best, and is a good point to see the rest of the Basque country, the sights that u can have doing hicking, mountain bike or visiting the "Baserris" are amazing, Donosti is very close, which is a beatiful place, which was the residence of summer of royal family. Also, the culture of the basque country is wonderful, u can notice that they have their own language besides the spanish, their sports, and their particular way to see the life. Don't miss gastelugatxe...

Btw...they pay on euros... a dollar is less than one euro

The Guggenheim Museum is in Bilbao and it's pretty cool if you have a few hours to kill.  The Euro is used in all of Spain.  Bilbao is near the Atlantic, and it's beautiful.  I only spent an afternoon there, but I remember there was an awesome mall next to the Bilbao where I went shopping.  It was the first time I ever went into Zara, the best clothing store ever!
