Please inform the procedure to paste another website link on my webpage?

It depends on what kind of website you have.  In other words, do you use a tool to create your html or do you do it yourself?  It also depends on the webhosting plan you have.

I use Yahoo! SiteBuilder and I can tell you how to do it using my plan.

1. Copy the link you want to paste onto your website.

2. Boot up SiteBuilder.

3. Open the page you want the link to show.

4. Right click on an empty space on the page.

5. Click on Insert.

6. Click on Links, click on Another Website.

7. A window will pop up.  Paste the link into the designated box.

8. In the bottom box, type out the name of the link or what you want the link to appear as on your page (for example Amazon or Click, etc.).

8. Click Create.

9.  The link will appear on the page.  You can resize the font, make it bold, use italics, but if you want to change the color, you must go to Edit, click on Properties, and follow directions.

10.  You can also move the link to where you want it on the page.
