Please just read...?

Durring the spring of 2007, I was in a group project, and to make a long story short, there was a conflict on how many points my group would give me, for a grade on the project for the class (they wanted to give me an F) Anyway, I stood my ground, and at times had to argue with an entire group of people, quite a few of whom were mad...

Ever since then, almost every time I have an argument with someone, or when I'm nervous, and have to assert myself, my mouth twitches... I can feel it happening, but it's very hard to control... Why did it start happening?! And how do I stop it? Is my mouth weak, and if so are here teqniques I can use to stop it from happening, or to build muscles around my mouth?

  1. You might need a brace, has this happened before. What's your familys history on this. Go to a doctor.

  2. When you feel yourself getting nervous or angry just stop, relax and take a breath . I think the reason your mouth is twitching is because this is how your body reacts to stress. By reducing stress I think it will stop.

So basically, relax yourself in those situations and don't let other people's stupidity stress you.

  3. This probley happened because you failed, people tend to get angry when the word FAILER is used, your only human, so just try to keep your cool, don't botle your anger, just get a stress toy or something to write your thoughts on, and that should help your anger issues
