  1. In the price range you specify, my favorite is the Hotel Madison.  I discovered it years ago when I was a starving student and couldn't afford to stay there -- it was recommended to me by Paul Matisse, grandson of Henri Matisse.  The latter used to put his out-of-town guests there.  My feeling was that if it was good enough for the Matisses, it was good enough for me . . . and I was certainly right:  It's a charming, very "Parisian" hotel, the sort where they keep an old ledger at the front desk, with an entry for each guest.  Every room is decorated differently, and they're very spacious by Parisian standards.  Best of all, the location is perfect:  In the heart of the Sixth Arrondissement, at the intersection of Boulevard St. Germain and Rue de Rennes.

  2. It would be the equivalent of a 130€-160€ price range.

Check this website for a list of charming hotels in Paris (click on  an arrondissement of Paris to get a list of hotels in that arrondissement):

  3. The Hotel Left Bank Saint Germain is a very nice place that is well located and has a lot of amenities.

EDIT: I am curious as to why anyone other than a hotel inspector would want to stay in three different hotels in one city in the course of a single week.
