Ok, so my husband and I have been ttc for almost 2 years now... We have been through a few cycles of clomid, then the shots etc... This month just gone it finally worked enough for me to go as far as our first IUI. We had the IUI's done on the 25th and 26th July. Trigger shot on the 24th. My doctor told me to start HPT on the 8th August. Today is the 10th August and I still have a negative HPT and no sign whatsoever of AF. I have PCOS and my periods have never been regular, before we started getting treatment, I could go 7 or 8 months without one. How many days late for my AF does this make me?I Is there still a chance i'm pregnant? (having many symptoms, but could also be side effects of the progesterone suppositories). Also, how long should I continue testing for until I should start to worry? Anyone with similar experiences I would love to hear from you :o)

Thanks in advance!

  1. I'd say you are 14 DPO if they were doing the IUI on your ovulation day. I think tomorrow seems about right to say you are one day late. If you are pregnant perhaps the HCG hormone is not strong enough yet to be detected by the HPTs. Give yourself a few more days before you take the next test and I'm crossing my fingers for a + !
