  1. boiled take out vitamins, give fresh juice

Hope link above helps you and your kid.

  3. Boiling kills the nutrients!!!  Give vegetable juices made from fresh uncooked vegetables, usually mixed with fresh fruit juices for greater taste.  Buy them or make them at home if you have a juicing machine.  Boiling also means that you overcook allyour other vegetables that you prepare at home too!!!  Just steam them or cook them in a dash of water over low heat to prevent them burning/sticking to the surface of your pot.  They taste, feel and look good too!

  4. Well it won't hurt him but the vegetables themselves would be even better.

  5. Try a V8. Low sodium kind. Veggie juice is good for kids in moderation. Too much can cause stomach problems. They will use the bathroom a lot. But a small v8 per day wont hurt unless they are allergic to some thing in the mixture.

  6. No, give the real vegetables that still contain the vitamins

  7. sure. Alot of 2 year olds are eating chocolate bars. even though this is boiled and thus has less vitamins than a 'live' drink.... it is still healthy! good job mom!
