no there is no reason to fight russia georgia started it by killing 1,500 russians russia are just defending there people and russia would not start a war because they have tons of energy and oil

by the way china wont either because they dont want their people dead. 2. Have you noticed that almost everything is made in china so if they went to war with us they would lose out on trillions and lastly the olympics would not be there if they were going to kill us.

China will never fight usa or nato most likely join forces and iran are still a long way off from thier nuke. China and russia signed an agreement not to give them any nuclear objects they couldnt hit us anyway.

and north korea have 2 and we could destroy them.

so please stop with russia china and iran seriously no country is stupid enough to have nuclear warfare

You'd be amazed at how punctuation can help people take you seriously.  Just by looking at your question, it looks like a 4th grader.

As for the question, you negated to say that the North Ossetians were fighting against the Georgians BEFORE the supposed 1500 dead.  

If all of the Mexicans in southern California decided to get together and claim the land as their own.  Then begin fighting the US to keep it, would we not have the right to fight them?  No countries view NO as an independent state.  It IS part of Georgia.  They have the right to defend it.

First off, your english is terrible so I don't believe you are from the USA.  However, to answer your question if there really was one....I disagree with you.  

Russia chose now to pick on Georgia maybe, and I am just guessing because it knows the US is stretched thin militarily and this is the best time to do something to Georgia.  Why Georgia?  Russia doesn't want them too close to the US as we could put a base there and the Russians wouldn't like that since it looks like they are wanting to be the bad guys again.

I don't think China is looking to fight the US in the very near future however they seem to be doing a very good job at setting themselves up to becom the next world power.  The war they wish to win looks to be economic rather than military, though if they have one they could probably have the other soon.

Iran - The leaders are wacked but the people seem pretty cool (of course other than the terrorist losers that keep going across the Iraq border to fight us.) I can totally imagine the leaders blowing up the earth just to prove that Islam is the best religion

Agree, I know China is actually afraid of us, like how they advise North Korea to back off during the 2006 nuclear weapon detonation.

Russia is going to avoid war with us since it will be suicidal to attack us. We have the world's strongest navy. We have +1000 more ships then Russia do and ahead of them by 60 aircraft carriers.

We also have the world's biggest airforce. We beat them by about 25,000 more aircraft than they do. Our airforce is also the most advance,only nation in the world with generation 5 aircraft technology in service.
