  1. you have to establish or give a solid proof or reason for you to go back even if you dont have a job like a family or business or property.you can tell them that you really need to go back bec you have a kid to good care of or a mother who is sick.in your case its actually a 50-50 chance. if you made it and pass the interview...then you're in good luck but if not better to try again after 6 mos.dont loose hope.i have a friend who took him 4 attempts before he was given a visa

  2. i have no clue becasue i donot understand your question,

    clear it more

    are you ill and what is the thing you wnt to convince the embassy with?

  3. There's nothing you can tell them to convince them.

    In another question you said you're married in the Philippines, to a Filipino, and then you married an American in Hong Kong without first dissolving your Philippine marriage.  You've committed the crime of bigamy.  That alone is enough to have you banned for life from entry to the United States as it's clearly a crime of moral turpitude.

    It's clear your intentions are to immigrate and the US embassy will come to the same conclusion.

  4. If you are ill then you need to give them a doctor's cetificate where you will go on sick pay.

    If your company that you work for decide to appeal against you in a court suit, you would need a contract in writing regarding your employment terms which every employee is entitled to

  5. You don't you just go back. Sounds like working was a condition of you being able to stay, if you are no longer working you need to leave as soon as you can get a flight booked.

  6. i too read your other question, you will not convice the consulars that your intentions are to return to your country, first of all, your marriage was not conducted under legal manners , therefore, you will not change anything in your interview , you got caught in your bigamy act , it is against the law ? did you not know that ?

    i cannot give you any advice there  ;

  7. That depends on some facts that you haven't supplied: What country are you in?  With what kind of visa?  What country are you from?  What does an embassy have to do with your work status?

    Without these facts there can be no answer to your question.

  8. It sounds like your Work Visa is "almost" or "is" up for the country you are in.

    If so then the best is to have a ticket in hand to go home and if you can't get out that day then a day or two...hopefully they will stamp your passport for a couple of days then you can stay longer...my son did in Australia...broke his visa and he managed to gain two weeks longer....they let he wait...but made sure he got on the plane...if he hadn't had a ticket he would of been locked up till they got him on the plane and sent him home and sent me the bill....so don't play or you will pay....

  9. Go back where?
