  1. Hi... it actually depends on how you're gonna use it. and how distant or how big the room is. you have 3 choices.

    Beginner - $40 to $100

    Intermediate -$100 to $200

    Professional - $200 to $500 <--- i would recommend the DS-4000 or DS-5000 Professional Digital Voice Recorder
