  1. I hated my E61 mate, but out of the 2 its slighly better, but for business you are better off with a blackberry, nokia communicator, or an iphone!

  2. The pros according to your requirement the Nokia E61i is as follows:

Quick office- Edit docs,MS-excel-Word, Powerpoint, read PDF’s (real cool..no buying required..u can edit the docs since its not just a reader)...

    Wide range of connectivity protocols and options - 2G:GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900

    3G:UMTS 2100, WLAN: Wi-Fi... WCDMA,EGPRS,GPRS,HSCSD,CSD, VoIP etc etc...

Wi-Fi scanner keeps scanning for Wi-Fi networks every 5-10 minutes

New mail/sms/missed call notifier (blinking light) is a superb feature saving you a lot of troubleit is having 5 way navigation pad

The cons of E61i is as below

1)Bad memory management - leads to frequent error- "Close some programs"

2)Quite slow (You can actually complete a yawn)

3)No HSDPA - This allows faster downloads

    4) GPS absent.

The G700  is tri-band GSM (900/1800/1900 MHz) and single band UMTS, not supporting HSDPA and Wi-Fi, which is typical for the mid-level. It is notable that the browser is in the process of being developed and has trouble visualizing web pages.

The Symbian UIQ-based G700 is touted by Sony Ericsson as a ‘touchscreen organizer for the masses’ and it looks to be a hot handset.

The G700 has a 3.2 megapixel camera with red-eye reduction and digital image stabilization, as well as video recording.

This phone has a Memory Stick Micro (M2) card slot; FM radio and support for Sony Ericsson’s PlayNow music store make the G700 a great music handset.

so what I feel nokia is better if you want to have both business and multimedia and if you think most of the multimedia then G700 is the best choice.
