Please offer advice on Fantasy Baseball pick-ups or trades for this team.?

Question

I play in a 7x7 H2H league with a total of 14 teams. Hitting categories are R, HR, RBI, SB, K, BB and Avg. Pitching categories are W, L, Sv, K, Hd, WHIP, ERA. The roster spots are C, 1B, 2B, SS, 3B, 4 OF, Util, Bench, Bench and Bench. We have 8 active pitching slots with two bench spots. However, there is no IP limit and you can adjust your line-up daily.

Currently, I am in second place in our league and 9 games back.

get rid of lopez and colon. pick up johnathan sanchez or justin matterson. you're offense isnt too bad. i think it's doable. if jose guillen is on the wire get him because he's hot right now.

You have to evaluate the league you are in when you can give up Hamilton and get reyes...you are in a joke of a league so suck it easy

You have a very solid team for such a deep league...I really like Ben Francisco of the Indians.(.I'd dump Delmon Young,or F.Lopez for him.)
