Please only English people who know about the royal mail answer, thanks.?

Question

If i ordered something at around 21:00 on Thursday (yesterday)and the postage said "Royal mail first class recorded" and it cost me £2.50 it is now Friday and i havn't got it (obvious). When do you think i will recieve it?

If you have a Saturday delivery, then Saturday, if not then Monday.

Although our mail has been very slow lately, I think because we have just had the Bank Holiday.

It should take around 2-3 days if it is going to the same country.
