Please only answer if you know of a great Steak place.. that has seafood too .. if possible..?

its my boy friends bday.. and i wanted to take him to a nice restaurant.. where they have great steak and a nice setting ofcourse.. personally i love seafood... and was hoping for a restaurant that had both.. please help id really appreciate it..
