Please parents, mom needs answers?

I am a single mother of one beautiful 9 year old who misses her father dearly as much as I do if not more. He is in mexico and cannot come into the United States until I am able to file for his residency. We really want to be together as a famly but I insisted on staying behind to try to build some economical and financial stability when he got back, but we could be apart from each other easily another 3-5 years and it is wearing on us. My daughter is growing up without her father and I need my husband. I have worked very hard and have barely been able to save anything and the economy in Mexico isnt that great eather so I dont expect him to be doing anybetter so I figure that I will not be sacraficing anything in that sense. However am concerned about my daughters education. I have thought about home schooling her in Mexico with curriculum from here. I wonder what the legalitites are or if i can just get all my material and just teach her. Please any advice would help.
