For a band: Mechanical Zone all the way. It has the cool sound of "Mechanical Misfits" but Mechanical Misfits sounds like you're trying way to hard. Mechanical Zone has the same idea, but much better.

Mechanical Misfits to me sounds like a group of 12 year old kids on a Disney Channel show. Mechanical Zone sounds like a real group.
