Please please help, i dont know what to do!?

I was at a sleepover a few days ago, when two of my friends told me my boyfriends older brother smoked weed with her brother. So I accidently told him, but i wasnt supposed to tell anyone! I thought it would be the right thing, but its someone elses life, now hes going to hate me, so are my friends! they told me to tell no one. and i know hes going to tell his parents, and im going to lose my friends. i dont know what to do! i said "im just kidding!!' and now hes freaking out. please please help me :'(

You know, there are some things that are more important that superficial friendships.  One, if it was a secret, THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE TOLD YOU.  One person can keep a secret, two people, MAYBE.  Three people -- no way.

Two, you did the right thing by giving your brother a head's up -- his older brother is digging himself a pretty deep hole of trouble, and if this helps his parents get him some help and perhaps prevent him from getting further involved in drugs, then you have done A Good Thing.  

He may not thank you now, but he will later.  

If you lose your friends because THEY can't keep a secret -- well, it seems cold to say, but maybe they weren't such good friends in the first place?

Well sweety, this is one time in life where you learn a lesson. Trust is a very big issue when it comes to friends. All you can do now is let it play its course and see what happens and apologize for running your mouth.

talk to your bf, if he cares for you at all maybe he won't say anything to his parents to save your butt.
