Hi if you use the belt I think it looks a little better because it shows off your figure more and makes the dress prettier. The dress without the beltt looks to saggy and doesnt look as pretty as it does wit the belt. The belt also adds something more..Just remember to wear black heels or something because since you have a very bright dress black needs to be blended in somehow.

you should use the beslt its makes you look curvy and have a thin waist,, the other way does nothing for your figure
