i really want to make alfredo noodles. i want oto make the ones with shrimp and vegetables. please tell me step by step and i mean step by step. i have all the ingredients. the Fettucini noodles, vegtables, shrimp, and sun dried tomato sauce. so please tell me step by step on how to make everything and how to make. i went on website but none help please help

  1. Is your shrimp raw? Peeled?

    I am assuming you are using a jar or can of sauce?

    Not sure what veggies you are using are they cooked? Frozen? fresh?

    Is your fettuccini fresh or dried?

  3. ok..idk how to make that kind..but i make chicken alfredo..im pretty sure its the same steps though..

    1.boil the noodles (do not fully cook them..make sure there a little bit uncooked)

    2. steam the shrimp and veggies

    3. strain noodles

    4. pour shrimp and veggies into the noodles

    5. add ur tomato sauce..

    6.stir..

    7. stir

    8.stir

    9. put on a plate

    10. add a fork and spoon

    11. put it on the table

    12. grab a cup

    13. pour yourself a drink

    14. say grace

    15. eat up..

  4. A great alfredo sauce recipe is below. I'd saute some shrimp and vegetables in a bit of both butter and EVOO, w/ garlic, a little S&P, then toss into the alredo sauce, and add pasta.

    Real Fettucine Alredo

    1 pound fresh fettucine

    8 Tbsp. butter

    1 cup heavy cream

    1 cup freshly grated Parmigginao-Reggiano cheese

    Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    Freshly grated nutmeg

    As the water for the pasta begins to boil, melt butter in large sauté pan over low heat. Add cream to butter and let it warm.

    At the same time, salt the pasta water and cook until al dente. Drain pasta thoroughly, and mix with butter and cream in sauté pan over low heat. Add cheese and toss until sauce thickens slightly. Season with pepper and nutmeg.

    Remove from heat and serve immediately with additional cheese on the side.

    Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo

    Rich and creamy Alfredo sauce with Parmesan cheese, garlic and plenty of shrimp.

    1 pound fettuccini pasta

    3 tablespoon butter

    1 pound cooked shrimp - peeled and deveined

    1 package frozen vegetables

    4 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup half-and-half

    6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

    1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

    salt to taste

    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

    In a large skillet, saute shrimp and garlic in the butter for about one minute. Add vegetables. Pour in half and half; stir. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese in one tablespoon at a time, stirring constantly. After all Parmesan is added, mix in parsley and salt. Stir frequently making sure it does not boil. Sauce will take a while to thicken up. Once thickened combine with cooked pasta and serve hot.


  5. Just make fettucini alfredo and add cooked shrimp and cooked vegetables.  Alfredo sauce is creamy, not tomato based.

    Fettucini Alfredo with Shrimp and Vegetables

    1/4 cup butter

    1 cup heavy cream

    1 clove garlic, crushed

    1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese

    1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley



    DIRECTIONS

    Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes, then add garlic and cheese and whisk quickly, heating through. Stir in parsley, cooked shrimp and cooked vegetables and stir.
