I'm am 18 years old boy and I live in iran and I want to go to austria to see my friend.and I need a visa and passport.for your information austria's embassy don't give visa to iranian easy and I need this visa in max. 2 month.so what am I gonna do?((my father is a doctor and he tried from congresses in astria,does that help??))

There is no exception whether you father is a Doctor or not. It is a Government Security. To get a visa for Austria in 2 months, you would have to be lucky. It may take you up to 7 months for sure to get one. Good luck!
