Please please help my internet is bugging me?

ok so i have a new laptop and i went on the internet

and i had 2 other internet pages and i closed one and then it sayd internet stopped working then all of them closed

how can i stop this!

do you have the latest Internet explorer 7 update ?

Vista does this without the new version.

you can also download firefox or opera instead
