  1. Oh, sorry hun. You can excersize although thats probably the last thing that you want to do right now. Take a warm bath, green tea or peppermint, heating pad, and motrin or some other pain relievers. I hope that one of those options work for you. Oh, and i always sleep, hehe! Sorry, bout that pain your having. I feel for you...LOL! I used to have really bad cramps and since i became a vegetarian, my periods are soooo light with NO SYMPTOMS!!! Yay! I dont know if you really want to do that, but it helps. Oh, and they are only like, 2 days. And i checked with the doctor and im not lacking anything. Apparently the added hormones affects us more than we think. Think about it, you will save aproximately 100 animals per year. Or you can just go on birth control. If you have any questions you can email me at boogybear14@yahoo.com

    Good Luck Hun!!! :D

  2. takes some midol thats wat my sis takes for her cramps and my moms were so bad she got a big fat pill and a big bottle of prescription medicine but i dont get cramps but thats wat you can do after you take that while you wait for the medicine to work you can get a heating pad, soak in a warm bath something like that

  3. midol, pamprin, ibuprofen, they all help with the pain, but if you dont have those, then you can put a hot water bottle on it, and drink some tea, and have a hot bath, and just relax! watch a chick flick, and lay down and just do nothing at all. :)

also if your wearing a tampon, switch to a pad. tampons can worsen cramps! =\

good luck and feel better. :)

  4. The simple and cheap way to help with cramps (it's also the quickest, and the most convenient and natural) is having an o****m by masturbating.   It doesn't work for *all* women, but it does help many... and for some, it can get rid of cramps entirely for a while.

    http://www.epigee.org/menstruation/s*x.h...

"... an o****m can cause your uterus to contract, enabling it to use up excess prostaglandins in the process. Prostagladins are hormones produced by your uterine lining. They help to stimulate contractions that move menstrual blood out of the uterus, and are also responsible for those cramps that occur throughout your period."

  5. Severe period pains should always be investigated to check for a treatable cause. As a rough guide, if you've had severe period pain (known as dysmenorrhoea) since around the time your periods first started, it's less likely a particular cause will be found.

There are exceptions to this. Conditions such as endometriosis can sometimes cause severe pain from an early age (although the pain typically gets worse as the disease does more damage with each monthly cycle). Other causes include fibroids, pelvic inflammatory disease and sometimes a narrowing of the cervix. Bear in mind, though, that period pains are rarely a sign of disease, especially in younger women.

If the pain interferes with your life, preventing you from working, going to school or coping with daily tasks, I would recommend you consult with a doctor/gynaecologist for further evaluation.

    Good luck :)

  6. you should try taking some type of painkiller like midol. ( i use that one personally) you should lay down drink some tea if you like it. tea usually helps me with my cramps. take a warm bath you justt need to relax. another way that might help is to start taking birth control my doctor recommended it for me and my cramps don't hurt as much as they used to. i used to have cramps so bad they used to make me throw up sometimes. so those are some suggestions talk to your mon about it
