Please please helps school prob

Question

I have had a lot of problems keeping up with my work in high school and I have failed the year and now I have to repeat the ninth grade and Im 16 years old ..... I have a hard time making friends and I really honestly do not like nothing about school ...... I cant pay attention ...... like when the teacher talks ....... everythign distracts me like if its raining or something and I dont have a clue wat the teacher said and I cant remember the math formulas ...... I just end up forgetting them ..... I really wanna convince my mom to let me take the ged (I live in nj, I can with a parents permission) ..... so that way Idont have to go back to school ....... now I have a few questions ........ if I complete the ged and pass it ........ do I HAVE to go to a community college ...... Im planning on being a bounty hunter or cop or lawyer when I finish .............. can I go to law school or a regular college with a ged ..... also is this a good idea ..... I mean cause I dont wanna end up like not having no money when I grow up or something ............ tell me if this is a good plan ........ Im 16 no sooooooo I will study the ged until Im 17 (mc-graw hills complete study guide for ged) and I will get a job and start saving money ...... then when I turn 17 I will take the ged and pass it and still have my job ............ then where would I go from there ??????????????
