  1. just use either liquid with a very fine angled brush or a very well sharpened pencil

  2. im not sure but just as a guess i would say probably liquid makeup thats not close to eye. maybe smudged a little for that smokey look or wwhatever?? iddkkk

  3. close ur eye and hold it down, then smudge it on, then take a qtip and smudge it if u want it smokey like, or just make it look clean, then continue on with other eye and rest of makeup

and please dont overdo it, racoon eyes just look trashy

  4. Smudged liquid liner. It is real simple just put a little just on the tops of the lash line and smudge. Hope this helps!

  5. Well i say hers is done by a pro so just chill if it isnt perfect

also use a liquid and dont get to super close to the eye cuz dat could cause infection!!!

she used a simple glowing  eye shadow that stoped at the crease of her eye naturaly

also remember that she is a celeb

and she is very $$$rich so if u want it like that go to a pro!!!1

  6. id say just use a pencil, smudge it, and set with black shadow on outer corners. and ontop very thin line of liquid on inner corner and white liner on inner corner on bottom and a light pink gloss.

  7. I would use a pencil because it's easier to make mistakes with a liquid.  Buy one that is waterproof.  Line the eye, but make sure you are getting into the lashes so that it looks natural.  Star small toward the nose, and make the line a little bit thicker toward the outside of your eyes, then kind of go "upward" just a little, like a "cat eye".

Line the bottom, again, into the lashes, but make sure you're underneath the lashes and do not line all the way to the tear duct, just about 2/3 across.

Second, get either brown or gray (whichever color you prefer or matches your outfit) and shade around the liner.  This will give it a "smokey" look.  Just kind of do it really light, like you're coloring.  (this is where you will achieve most of this look - you really have to get this right.  Hopefully you are good at shading)

Next, get a gray or brown shadow, again, whichever you prefer or matches your outfit, apply it to the crease of your eye, then make it a tad bit darker on the outside of your eyes.

Apply a nice black waterproof mascara and use an eyelash brush.

I do this look almost all the time.  If you have any problems, let me know and maybe I'll send you a picture and walk you through it a little more.  =)

  8. I answered your question once already. You didn't specify that you wanted to know how to do the eyeliner.

It looks to me like a wax/crayon-like pencil was used and then smudged a little. It would be applied close to the eye and (from what I can tell in the picture) it looks like it was mainly used on the outer half of the eye, not the whole thing. Hope that helps.

  9. You would have to use eyeliner, not liquid, close to the eye, on the bottom. and use a thickening and lengthening mascara ( i suggest curling your eyelashes before hand)

try using Covergirl Lash Exact, and Clinique makes GREAT eyeliner, try some black eyeshadow on the eyelid close to the top eyelashes.

    good luck!

  10. take a waterproof pencile and take it really really close to the lash line on top.wing it out a LITTLE

take the pencile to the middle of the bottom lashes and take it outward.

    make it a thin line.

take one of those q-tips with the really tight tops. and smudge the eyeliner on both top an bottom.

if you'd like applie ONE coat of mascara only to the top to cover any spots you missed

  11. I would not use liquid eye liner because for more smokey eyes smudged eyeliner is key. I would use a thick kohl type  pencil and smudge outward toward the corner. Also eye shadow is important for this look- it looks like the one on the right has a purple shade which is cute. The general trick for this look is a light color to hi light beneath the brow bone and a dark color in the crease to add depth. Also it looks like the lashes in the outer corners of the eye are much longer so you may need false lashes in the corner to acheive that part. Hope this helps!

  12. no, you use an eyeliner pencil thing [not liquid]

just put a bit underneath your bottom eyelashes

and smudge it with a cotton swab [q tip]

    then,

put a thin line of eyeliner on the top [liquid or pencil, your choice]

    2-3 coats of mascara

    blush, blush

    and thats it

    (:
