ok my grandma is diabetic and my sister told me if you inject insulin into a non diabetic person that person can die. i have no idea why she was saying this, but i told grandma to hide so she did. she takes levemir. am just curious how much would you have to inject to die from it?

  1. Is your sister in need of mental health help?  Why did you tell your grandmother to hide instead of reporting this to your parents?  Why did your grandmother hide?  Is she mentally deficient and in need of protection?  If you think that there is even a remote possibility that your grandmother is in danger, please be proactive and tell your parents, call the police, or call your local Adult Protective Services.  Do not be a party to hurting your grandma.  


  2. no I dont think that you can die from it..some people use it to make their body in good shape because insulin can burn calories.

  3. Well you can die from insulin but I wouldn't worry about it. Whoever took it and isn't diabetic then if they feel really weak all you need to do is eat some candy and you'll be back to normal.  Otherwise I wouldn't worry about it.
