  1. I'm suprised no one already answered this one....

    Enthalpy is an absolute measurement of heat energy (Joules, BTU, etc.), or if it is the, "enthalpy of fusion", or, "enthalpy of vaporization", etc. then it is measured absolutely in Joules per quantity of substance -- period.

    Heat capacity is always measured in units of Energy per degree of Temperature (i.e. J / K, BTU / R, etc.).  Specific Heat capacity is always in units of Energy per degree per amount of substance (i.e. J / g K,  J / mol K, BTU / lb R, etc.)

    Enthalpy is the amount of heat in an object irrespective of temperature.

    Heat capacity is the ability of an object to hold heat and depends on the temperature of the object.
