Please rate/fix my Lightsworn YuGiOh Deck 1-10 (SPAMMERS AND FLAMERS REPORTED!)?

Question

With the sneak peak of 'The Duelist Genesis' I was lucky enough to pull one 'charge of the light brigade' and then trade for another one after the event. With these new cards I decided to make some changes to my Lightsworn deck. Could you please rate and fix my deck 1-10.

You are 3 cards short of 40 cards. 2 Judgment Dragons are fine, its been shown you can do just as well with 2 rather than 3. JD has a big chance to be Semi-Limited soon anyway. My only suggestions is to add 1 more Charge of the Light Brigade. I would drop 1 Foolish Burial and put in a Card Trooper. Unless you cannot get Solemn Judgments, My Body as a Shield is a fine alternative. If you are keeping this Trap Lineup, you must have a great Side Deck with Royal Decrees, Bottomless Trap Hole. If you can get a CCV that would be great. I'm sure you had a better deck previously.

9/10 This is one of the better Lightsworn decks I have seen. I would suggest siding Threatening Roar and Heavy Storm. Try to work in another JD, CCV, and Mirror Force. Even side in 2 Royal Decree to counter Light Imprisoning Mirror.

its very good but  but take out  a Threatening Roar or a My Body as a Shield

for mirror force and crush card virus

you will need a third judgment dragon!

you dont need that many celestia, maybe switch one for a jain!

and keep your magic and traps simple!

instead of monster reincarnation, use beckoning light!

using beckoning light will allow you to get judgment dragon(s) from your graveyar and also get some other cards if you can, maybe a lumina, and swarm the field and OTK the guy! and foolish burial isnt very needed in this case! or  threatening roar isnt needed either if you can play the deck out usefully.
