6/10  make it into a macro monarch, its better, or a traditional monarch.

It is difficult to rate a deck, as decks are only as good as the person using them. Personally if you like this deck and you know how to make good combinations with it then don't change it. Personally if you have Jinzo in your deck, i like to have a spell card or creature card9needs to be powerful) that can stop the effects of spell cards so they can't use spells and traps against you.

Also delaying cards may be useful, such as Nightmare Steel Cage or Swords of Revealing Lights.

I don't know the best way to name a deck, but something such as Mechanical Magic - if so more spell caster would be needed for it to be a true name.

My advice is to find a type of way to play the game and get cards that help you play that way, and build you deck that way.
