well, since its obvious your not playing advanced rules because some of these are banned/limited, it is a good deck. mask of restrict, however, only works on tribute summon, so special summons can s***w you over! id replace the banner of courages with a playset of amulet of ambition(equiped monster gets 500x extra atk where x equals the difference in lvls with the other monster!)

It's pretty good, but there's a few changes I think you should make. Since you have so many normal monsters whose atk/def are pretty much the same, you won't need Dark Factory. Also, I find in Normal Decks that only 1 Heart of the Underdog is needed. Same thing with Ultimate Offering. I'd get rid of the two Mask of Restricts since you have Monarchs. I would add an Astral Barrier to combo with your Spirit Barrier. Also, Mystical Space Typhoon is limited to 1 and Pot of Greed and Call of the Haunted are banned. So, here's my recommended changes:

-1 Pot of Greed

-2 Call of the Haunted

-2 Mask of Restrict

-1 Ultimate Offering

+1 Spirit Barrier

+2 Astral Barrier
