  1. .Your team will improve once Carmona comes off the DL. A player to pick up would be Jim Edmonds. He is swinging a hot bat and is only owned in 5% of Yahoo leagues. Also look into players such as Carlos Quentin,  Cristian Guzman, and Ryan Theriot. On the pitching side look for Scott Baker or Matt Kemp.

  2. pick up m.parra SP and and drop lester.

  3. Yes I see what you mean that some of the players on your team are not playing up to expectation. Such as Victor Martinez and Robinson Cano.

Any way, Johnny Damon and Jason Giambi both have been hitting great so hang onto them. As well as Mark Reynolds.

I will go through your lineup and give some tips and evaluations.

C- Kurt Suzuki may be good in about two years, but as of now, there could be better catchers. If possible try to pick up a different catcher. If you can make any trades for Geovany Soto or Brian Mcann that could help.

1B- Jason Giambi has been hitting OK so keep him there for now I suppose.

2B- Robinson Cano has clearly had some troubles lately but I have a feeling he can start to turn things around after the all-star break so keep him around a little longer.

3B- Mark Reynolds has been hitting great lately, but he may slow down eventually. Try to have a back-up plan for 3B if possible.

SS- Michael Young so far this season has not been like past ones for him, however I think he could turn it around into maybe a so-so season, keep him around I suppose.

OF- I see some problems in your outfield more than any other position. Not to hurt your feelings but it looks pretty weak. You may want to make some trades soon to help it out.

U- Johnny Damon has been hitting lately, and I do not know much about Dustin Pedroia as in when he starts to usually hit good.

P- You could use some better pitching, may I suggest starting Jon Lester and Joba Chamberlain has actually been good his first few starts to my surprise.

RP- Your RP looks great, especially K-rod who some say is on pace to break the single season saves record. BJ Ryan looks OK too.

    Suggested Trades-

    1. Try to trade Victor Martinez and BJ Ryan, once Martinez gets of the DL, for a good starting pitcher, C.C. Sabathia would be a good trade for you probably.

    2. Try to trade David Ortiz, after DL for Carlos Beltran straight up, if it is declined try throwing in Dustin Pedroia.

    Interesting Pick-ups-

Check if the following are available maybe-

    1. Jim Edmonds

    2. Scott Baker

    3. Dan Uggla

    4. Matt Garza

    Good Luck.
