To be honest, I don't like the whole "Red Eyes Black Dragon" thing.  I would use Horus with Jinzo to lockdown your opponenet.  But, if you don't like that format, I'd run a fusion Dragon Deck with King Dragun and 5-Headed Dragon and Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon.  Use Different Dimension Capsule to grab the things you need.  Future Fusion to put three Blue-Eyes White Dragons plus two other dragons for 5-Headed.  Then I'd use Dragon's Mirror to summon Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon.  Have Lord of D. on the field to stop Sakuretsu Armor and Smashing Ground, etc.
