First Ninjask use Protect to get a Speed Boost then I’ll use either Swords dance or Agility (either more attack or more speed) and the Focus sash will save me and I’ll get a Speed Boost. then Protect again to get another Speed Boost. Then I Baton Pass it (the stat changes) on to Umbreon which properly take two hits (when it switches in and when it use Baton Pass) and Baton Pass it on to Rampardos (which don’t take any damage cause Umbreon is SLOW) and then it just sweeps it all and if it don’t I’ll send out Umbreon to stall

That is quite a good Pokemon Team to have at the Battle Tower.

But unfortunately you won't get far with those moves. You need to teach them more attack moves.

I'll give you a move set:

Ninjask- Solarbeam, X-scissor, Shadow Ball, Giga Impact.

Rampardos- Just replace Rock polish with Thunder Bolt

Umbreon- Keep the move Toxic, just replace the others with Dark Pulse, Psychc, Hyper Beam.

0-3/10 due to the fact that if you went up against me i would sweep your rampardos and finish you off.... it's  not  very well balanced but you might me able to go for a few wi-fi battlees without dieing but if you went wi-fi.....=you get ASLO  is depends alot on chance

Well, that's a nice Baton Pass team you got there. Unfortunately, if you're using that team in the Battle Tower, it can be hard to win many matches in a row since it does take a long time to set up.

If I were you, I'd just replace Rampardos for another bulkier Pokémon that can take hits, as well as gain from Ninjask's boosts. Preferably a Marowak. However, you can Baton Pass the boosts to slower sweepers like Machamp, which will gain A LOT with a Swords Dance. Breloom is a nice choice too, since it is one of the few that can use Spore and set up its attack even more with Swords Dance.

I also recommend that you get Taunt somewhere on your movesets. Taunt is a great move in the Battle Tower where one can use ANY move it wishes. Pokémon there use many Double Teams and use sleep moves whenever they wish.

Right now, I guess it would be a 8/10. Try making your team more effective, and I'm sure you'll win more matches consecutively.
