Well, I've heard that the cyber dragons needed to be limited to one copy in the deck, but i'm not really sure.

Overall, your deck holds some useful spells/traps that can help your deck.  Just limit your cyber dragons, remove the cyber twin and cyber end, along w/ the mystical space typhoon, and you can replace it with the Chimeratech Overload Dragon (which, in my opinion, is much easier to summon).  Oh ya, remove some of your synchros to replace with more supporting cards in your deck

check the baned list but ill tell you wat to take out 2 cyber dragons cuz there limited 2 mystical space typhoon premature burial call of the haunted. also put in like 2 more enemy controllers bottomless trap holeX3 2 more maurding captains and u should be good i dont know wat cards u have so
