Starting with the most useful:

Joe Cole - Should play in every England team.  He is two-footed and is possibly the one player who actually looks comfortable on the international stage

Barry

Lennon, Carrick and Wright-Philips are all useless for England and should never be involved in the squad.  Gerrard, Barry and Hargreaves are much better than Carrick.  If Wright-Philips were international class he would get in the Chelsea side at least every now and then and Lennon is far from international quality.  Ashley Young and David Bentley should be given an extended run on the wings.  They are the best two English wingers.

i dont think barry should be at the bottom

if anything he should be at the top as he the midfielder who allows gerrard to play more attacking (which he's best at) while he stays back

It's hard between the last 2. They are both of no use to England.

Its a shame that SWP goes at the bottom, he was looking so promising, but as soon as he joined ****sea, his career went downhill.

Carrick is of no use to England. End of.

Joe Cole could be higher on my list, but I don't see him influencing the performances, and he could be better for England if he was a regular first team player at ****sea.

Hargreaves is good defensively from my point of view, but if I was manager, he is one of those all-round players that I could use in nearly every team.

Lennon is what Wright-Phillips should have been, he is fast, has a great eye for goal, and he is young.

And Gareth Barry is one of the most important players in the England team. I think he helps other people like Gerrard attack, as he is solid defensively as well.
