Please rate this motorcycle (link below) for a beginner?

I'd be grateful if experienced bikers could take a minute to go on this website and select (in the Used category), 'Honda' and 'Bikes under £2500'

I like the look of the red CB400 that's halfway down the page; at a glance, does this bike seem like a good choice for a beginner after his first 'big' bike?

it looks like a decent bike but i really wouldn't know i am into older bikes like Harley and triumph but if you like this kind of thing than go for it if you have the money

Yes it's not a bad old bike, i've seen worse....

This bike will be fine for you as a beginner it will just take some time getting used to as does all bikes

try looking on the internet for road tests and buying tips for this model before u go to look at it

ask how long the warranty will be.should get 3 months

has it sevice history..when was the last service

are both tyres good

does it come with 12 months mot

Nice Bike - get a test ride - you will have a better idea if its right for you then.

For a first big bike this will be plenty powerful enough.

If you have any biking mates ask them what they think.

I don't know if there is a forum for this version of the CB400 but there's bound to be someone on bikers oracle with one you can ask 'whats it like?

Must admit I have taken quite a fancy to it myself!
