i am going to the dominican republic on june the 24th for 2 weeks does and i have few questions can anyone help i am flaying from manchester how long will it take i am all inclusive 24 how much money do you think i will need for trips out (safari swim with dolphins ect presents) i also heard you cant venture out hotel unless n safaei ect i mean like walking about is this true also i know i need a tourist card or visa something like that do i send for it before i go or get at airport i heard you fill form in on plane n get at airport but was wondering if bus would wait if had to que long heard is really busy airprt and do i also need one when traviling home hw much does cost i read that the airport i really striked and searches you suit case empties it all out on a table not that i would have anything to hide just the thot of my undies on show lol and lastly has any on been around 23rd june im going for two weeks whats the weather like thanks for answerin

You dint say where you are going to (destination)? But anyway I will try to answer for the best.

GB to Dom.Rep +/- 9 hours flight

Needed money between 400 and 600 euro (depending your lifestyle)

Of course you can go out of your hotel, it is a must! to discover this beautiful country!!!.

Arrival at airport (Dom.Rep) you have to pay 10us/pp and fill in a paper. At departure you need to pay 20us pp.

Luggage : passengers on a charter have less problems with customs. (Only on USA airlines and passengers have more control)

The weather? Always beautiful, sometimes a bit of rain (10 to 15 min) and Ups! Sun again! so nothing to spoil your vacations!!!

If you are all inclusive, you don't need much extra money, except if you want to take tours. The airports are very small and quick and easy compared to USA. I never had my luggage searched in Dominican Republic. There is a tourist card you must purchase on arrival at the airport $10 US dollars. Your departure fee of $20 may be included in your airfare. If you have a package with transfers included, the bus will not leave without you.
