Please read..? kinda embarressing ..?

Okay so I gained weight in the past 2 yrs.. I'm usually 120..but now I'm 155.. Now.. I'm going to work out for a whole month.. Every morning..doing cardio... & I'm also going to eat healthy... now.. How much weight can I possibly loose in one month?.. My sister said I could loose 20pounds? But.. I just wanna know what ya'll think?

Any tips would help as well.

  1. i don't know how much you will lose, because i can't tell. But keep eating healthy and do cardio more than 1 month.


  2. I gained over 100 lbs after I stopped playing football over a period of 10 years.  I am now on weight watchers and have lost 50 lbs in 6 months.

    It is extremely unhealthy to lose more than 1-2 lbs per week.  I know alot of people that have gone on rapid weight loss diets and now they don't have a galbladder.  Eat right, exersize and it will come off naturally.

  3. If you commit yourself to it then you can loose about 25 pounds. And by the way when you eat chicken do not eat the skin for it contains a lot of calories. Go Girl, You can do it! Make me proud girl.  

  4. it depends if you commit to it. (i might have spelled commit wrong!) you can lose up to that much but you have to work hard!

  5. So what is the problem, just work out, watch what you eat and you will lose weight

You should try to lose the weight not to reach a certain number, but to be healthy.  Why only one month and not something you do for the rest of your life?  I think you are approaching this whole thing wrong.  Don't focus on the numbers so much, just try to get back to where you look and feel good.

  7. Honey everybody's body is different yeah you might lose 20 pounds but there's really no way to guarantee it, your doing everything right to loose those extra pounds just keep it up your doing great.
