Okay so I gained weight in the past 2 yrs.. I'm usually 120..but now I'm 155.. Now.. I'm going to work out for a whole month.. Every morning..doing cardio... & I'm also going to eat healthy... now.. How much weight can I possibly loose in one month?.. My sister said I could loose 20pounds? But.. I just wanna know what ya'll think?Any tips would help as well.Thankyou
