Well, I am very scared about something. Here let me just read my symptoms, if you may call it that. I twich. a lot. Sometimes i'll just be sitting there and my leg will jerk up, or my hand will move. it used to just happen once in a while, but now its very frequent. Second, sometimes i get joint pain that comes on with not apparent reason. it's mainly in my fingers, but it's very minor. Also, im tired a lot. A ton. i usually take a nap once a day for about 2 hours, but i'll still be really tired sometimes. Does anyone have any clue, or am i just hallucinating over nothing. I mean, it's not life threatening, but it's starting to bug me and im just wondering why it's happening. Anything will help.

  1. you could have a small case of insomnia...also make sure that you're eating right..b/c if you're not eating healthly then that can cause tiredness. and as for the twitching..everybody twitches..its your muscles contracting..some people just twich more intensly than other..and the pain in your bones could be either you growing..or you could have arthritis..if you're really this concerned about it i suggest you see a doctor to see if he can help you figure out whats going on.

  2. i think you should try to get more sleep

    you sound like me

    it helps

  3. im exactly the same way. its nothing to be concerned about. i cant sleep at night either but thats because i sleep in the day. sometimes only for 2 hours too. i twitch too becuase of muscles contracting and pent up energy (haha thats what my friend told me) and i get joint pain too in my fingers and sometimes in my knees. but its not that much just a little.  seriously its nothing to worry about.

  4. Hey. The Same thing happens to me- especially when I sleep. I can feel my arms and legs jerk in the middle of the night. I honestly think it's just reflexes. Not too much to be worried about. You could have a bit of insomnia, too, and there's simple medication for that:)

  5. its puberty, complete with growing pains, a shifted sleep schedule and nocturnalness, for a "proper" sleep schedule set off an alarm at your desired sleep time and wake up with an alarm clock, and avoid naps during the day or you will be wired to stay up for long hours.

  6. its normal no worries you dont need to go to the doctor its not that life threating... so yeah um your goning through puberty and that comes with growing pains the pains of becomeing a teenager or a adult just go to sleep like an hour and a half before you want to and then see how that works.. thats what i do...

    hope i helped

  7. tourretes.

    my ex boyfriend had it.

talk to your doctor.  they make medication for it.  his is almost completely in check now

  8. well, the twitching is just your reflexes, joint pain, that's common because your bones are still growing, and being tired alot is part of being a growing teenager. :] if you are still worried, ask a doctor at your next appointment.
