I am looking for easy vegetarian recipes?

i am shopping today and have been vegetarian for 7 years and want to try something new and different but that also can be quick do to i am babysitting all day and don't have much time to do things except at night

you should try making pita bread and hummus.

pita bread: toast it crunchy

hummus: put a scoop of hummus on a plate a make a hole in the center with a spoon. then put a little bit of olive oil in the little hole

extra: add red crushed pepper...
