Please recommend a high-good quality Digital Photo Frame capable of playing Videos too

I am after a digital photo FRAME. I've seen good quality ones (esp from Philips) that do photos but not compatible with videos. Anyone has any good recommendations for video?

For the price of those frames you can buy a used laptop and play videos or anything else you want on a bigger screen. I've seen flat screen TVs for less than some frames, what a ripoff.
