Please recommend the most romantic vacation spots in the world?

I would like to plan a ten year with my husband but where, when, how much? any suggestion's would be helpfull:)

this is going to be different for all kinds of people.  it's purely opinion.

having travelled europe, hawaii, mexico, s. america, bermuda, the most of the states....imho i would pick costa rica.  it is raw, beautiful, unspoiled, slow, romantic and just awesome.

europe is OK - but i didn't find it romantic at all.
