Please save me from Limewire

I'm tryna download a couple of things (no p**n) using Limewire and I just wanna be sure I aint gon' harm my pc. Any hints, please?

Download, install, update and select Full Scan.

Spyware Doctor Free Basic Edition - Realtime monitoring:

Its free with Google pack, untick all boxes except Spyware Doctor. download install, update and run.

Scan everything that you download from P2P sites, they are notorious for embedding viruses and malicious codecs, and ensure that they only go into one folder.  Be extra cautious of exe, zip, rar, mpg and mpeg files.

Install a good anti-virus (AVG 8.0) free.avg.com
