  1. umMm.. maybe its the shampoo that you're using..

  2. I use soem shampoo(dry shampoo) It's called batiste!

You can buy it in boots and stuff it's about 2pound!

You spray it in the brush it out!it lasts about 3 times depends how long your hair is!

Or use talcum powder! But if your hair is dark it's a bugger to get out as it looks all white!

    Hope i helped!

  3. I have the same issue.

Oily hair is actually more of a blessing than not.  When you are older, you'll be so glad.

However, to answer your question.  Washing everyday is fine.  However, I've come up with a routine.

Everyday I wash my hair.  However, every third day or every other day in the summer I do the hardcore wash.

The hardcore wash is where I focus on my scalp.  I massage my scalp and make sure it's clean.   Then I wash again exactly the same way.  The third step is a nourishing conditioner.

Here's the trick with the conditioner.  Before applying to your hair smooth it out on both hands.  Take both hands to slightly above your crown and smooth lightly back, then take your hands to the front of your hair and smooth in the rest of the conditioner.

I have shoulder length hair that is layered.  I then stand under the shower head and while rinsing, work my fingers gently through like a comb.  I rinse for a long time.

The result is very clean hair that is healthy.  Other days I just do a quick wash and that's that.  It maintains well.

I'm in my forties, and I have great hair.  I even dye now that I'm older.

  4. Certain people's hair are naturally more oily than others. Make sure you wash your hair every day, and not more or less. The shampoo you're using may be extra greasy, try a lightweight one like Herbal Essences. Also, don't put any extra hair products in, like heat protectants, mousse, or hairspray.

  5. use a really good shampoo

touch it as little as you can

    dont use alot of products

    especially shine spray!

condition only your ends, not your roots

    and shampoo your hair twice

  6. Hi,

Make sure you are using products designed for an oily scalp on your hair. If you are using products for dry hair this could be contributing to your problem. Also, in order to not have to wash your hair try a dry shampoo, which is basically a powder you put on your scalp that dries up and oil or residue.

I like the Oscar Blandi and Bumble+Bumble dry shampoos a lot.

    or google " dry shampoo".
