The building is The Louvre in Paris, and note the pyramid outside --very interesting.  It is an art museum.  It's style is unknown to me, but does have Grecian overtones to some degree.  The pyramid is a fascinating later addition, and is thought, in some circles to have Masonic/illuminati connections.
